We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Underwriting Trainer with comprehensive end to end underwriting expertise and strong training delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the 4 C's of Underwriting, mortgage processes, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) fundamentals, financial modelling, and mortgage documentation across both residential and commercial domains. The trainer must excel in instructional design, communication, stakeholder management, and technical training to support seamless capability building and process transitions.
