Job Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for analysis, project management, and performance coaching.


Direct interaction with Program Managers to receive, analyze, prioritize and project manage training development and delivery requests.


Conducts any necessary “train-the-trainer” sessions for curriculum they have developed to other trainers.


Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.


Providing regular updates to leadership on progress and results achieved.


Project manage learning and development initiatives including coordination of logistics, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is ready Monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
