Trainee Trainer

As a Trainee Trainer, you will undertake the trainee trainer programme with the aim of becoming a St John Ambulance Trainer.

This is an opportunity to train as a St John Trainer and you will be responsible for delivering a variety of training courses to our workplace and community training customers. Due to our wide range of clients, no training course should ever be the same, and you will deal with people from all backgrounds with different learning styles.

As a Trainee Trainer, you will develop your own subject and professional competence whilst working towards and completing a Level 3 Training and Assessing Qualification. Key responsibilities in this role include:

1. Running assigned training courses in accordance with training received.
2. Ensuring all equipment used is fit for purpose, cleaned, and stored correctly.
