TRAINEE- TECH SUPPORT

Responsibilities

  • Provide IT on-call and weekend support as scheduled
  • Professional handling of every service request
  • Maintenance of PostgreSQL and MSSQL databases
  • Telephone and email support
  • Perform customer request management while maintaining support quotas
  • Understand and assess customer-reported issues to determine prioritization
  • Serve as an internal knowledge resource for other members of the organization
  • Analyze and validate issues
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal resources
  • Manage and ensure documentation of service calls is completed
  • Contribute to technical support processes
  • Work with a 24/7 global technical support team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of scripting like PowerShell and Python
  • Knowledge of software and systems: Microsoft, SQLite...
