About the role

Vision for Education is actively engaged with numerous primary schools and alternative provisions throughout Walsall. We are dedicated to fostering a positive influence in education. Proudly introducing our National Teaching Assistant Programme in partnership with local schools, we aim to assist individuals in embarking on a career as Teaching Assistants.

The Programme:

Successful candidates will undergo comprehensive training and gain paid on-the-job experience under the guidance of our partner schools.

Upon a successful interview and completion of necessary checks, including safeguarding and identity verification, candidates will be placed in schools for paid placements to enhance their skills. Personal preferences regarding primary, secondary, or SEND provisions will be considered, with continuous support from dedicated consultants.
