You will work with pupils with autism and complex additional needs, contributing to a supportive environment where confidence, resilience, independence and communication are developed every day.
What you will be doing:
• Supporting classroom activities, following teacher plans and adapting as needed.
• Helping pupils engage with learning, social interaction and daily routines.
• Assisting with behaviour support approaches, promoting positive choices.
• Building trusting, encouraging relationships with pupils and staff.
We are looking for someone who:
