As part of our commitment to nurturing future educators, we offer a one-year Faculty Development Program—Learning to Fly (LTF) . This program provides graduates with hands-on training, co-teaching experience, and pedagogical mentorship before transitioning into full-time teaching roles in their chosen subjects and grade levels.
