Trainee SEND TA — Apprenticeship with Level 3 Qualification

Engage Partners Limited is seeking a Trainee SEND Teaching Assistant in Enfield. This full-time position offers training while you work, supporting students with additional needs in a secondary school context.

You will gain a fully funded Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and have clear career progression opportunities. Key responsibilities include supporting students 1:1 and in small groups, implementing support strategies, and assisting with literacy and numeracy interventions.

The pay ranges from £10.00 to £13.00 per hour and applicants are required to hold an enhanced DBS check.
