First Recruitment Services is a leading recruitment business and are part of a UK wide recruitment business too. We are recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join the Mid Sussex team.

Salary and incentives

With a starting salary of c£26,000-£28,000 depending on your experience, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you can expect to achieve a further £5K in your first year with commission. From year 2, it will be an average OTE of £10,000 – £15,000
