As a Trainee Production Technician (Miller), you will develop the skills required to progress into a Production Technician role, supporting the efficient operation of wheat cleaning, milling, pelleting, and flour heat treatment processes. You will follow a structured training programme covering all aspects of milling operations at the Peterborough site, including completion of the UK Flour Millers Correspondence Courses. Training may also take place at other sites where required.
