Trainee Production Planner – Poole

This role offers full training and a pathway from temporary to permanent for someone with strong administrative skills who wants to develop a long‑term career in production planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Production Planning team with daily administration.
  • Update production schedules and planning systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments, including Production, Stores, and Purchasing.
  • Monitor work orders and production progress.
  • Use computer systems to input and manage planning data.
  • Provide general administrative support to the planning department.

Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Preferred experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment (not essential).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
