JOB PURPOSE

:

The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization’s short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results, and present a project to the Executive Leadership Team. The Merchandising Trainee is responsible for supporting the department in managing the business strategy for the Canada Boutiques. Main responsibilities include reporting and recaps, product tool creation, competitive market analysis, supporting the buying process, and distribution in accordance with total company vision.
