Trainee Machine Operator Polyamide Extrusion

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our polyamide extrusion department. If you have experience with polyamide or engineering thermoplastics, plastic extrusion, or mechanical engineering, this is a great opportunity to work with advanced materials and play a key role in maintaining product quality and production efficiency.

What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor polyamide extrusion lines, ensuring output, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.
• Set up and adjust extrusion parameters including temperature profiles, screw speed, and feed rates to maintain optimal polyamide processing conditions.
• Handle and prepare polyamide raw materials, ensuring correct drying, blending, and loading procedures.
• Conduct in-process quality checks, record production data, and report any deviations or issues promptly.
