Overview

We are seeking trainees for Machine Operatives in Scunthorpe at Foxhills and Flixborough. This is an instant‑start, ongoing role with multiple rotating shifts. Due to increasing workloads, our manufacturing client wants reliable, hard‑working and detail‑oriented individuals to help ensure our products meet the highest quality and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up manufacturing machinery.
  • Carry out machine checks.
  • Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Inspect finished products.
  • Complete production records.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Preferable manufacturing background with machine operating experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude or technical skills.
  • Full training will be provided for those without prior experience.
