Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and application servers. Monitor server performance and provide support in troubleshooting server-related issues. Support the implementation and management of server patch updates to ensure systems are secure and up to date. Assist in the deployment and management of security software and tools. Assist in monitoring and responding to potential virus threats. Maintain client protection policies to ensure endpoint security. Regular monitoring of backup alerts and processes to ensure data integrity and availability. Ensure policy compliance to manage and secure paper-processing devices such as printers and scanners.
