Trainee in Fund Operations

About the role: As an Trainee in Fund Operations, you play a vital support role in the daily operations of our Product Delivery team. You assist with a variety of tasks, such as updating shareholder registers, processing investor transactions, and supporting the team with client requests. You work closely with experienced colleagues, gaining hands-on experience and learning the fundamentals of fund administration, regulatory compliance, and investor services. This position is based in Spain and reports directly to the Manager in Transfer Agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the closing acceptance signed minutes and resolutions are stored in the fundcraft platform, sourcing them directly if not available from the Cosec team.
• Verify that distribution approval signed minutes and resolutions are stored in the fundcraft platform, obtaining them from the Cosec team or AIFM if necessary.
