What you will do

• Learning and Development:
  • Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback.
  • Identify the learning needs and gaps within the organization by analyzing performance data, surveys, and gathering feedback from HR and managers.
