We are looking for a Trainee Headhunter / Recruiter to work closely with our UK Practice Director, supporting senior UK public sector and public finance search mandates.
This role suits someone with professional maturity, strong attention to detail, and confidence working in discreet, senior environments.
The role
Supporting senior and executive search assignments within the UK Public Sector
Researching, mapping and engaging senior professionals across public finance and governance
Sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and structured search methodologies
Working closely with the Practice Director on live mandates and long-term pipelines
Building trusted relationships with senior candidates
