Trainee Engineer

Element has an opportunity for Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Engineer position performs a variety of routine and non-routine testing assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under minimal direct supervision.  The engineer position must be proficient in a number of core business and technical skills including but not limited to compliance to established safety rules, code of conduct, and company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of operation of NDT testing onsite includes test arrangement, testing and reporting.
• Provides counsel to coworkers and customers requiring critical analysis of data.
• Be responsible for SINGLAS Accreditation.
• Assist in the professional development of novice technicians and engineers
• Utilizes an assortment of skills, methods, procedures and materials in advanced testing analysis.
