Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic troubleshooting of laptop and desktop hardware issues (No Power, No Display, Keyboard, Touchpad, HDD/SSD, RAM issues, etc.).
  • Support senior engineers with part replacement such as battery, RAM, storage devices, display panels, motherboard components, etc.
  • Perform OS installation, driver updates, and basic software setup.
  • Log cases accurately in the ticketing tool as per process.
  • Maintain proper documentation of repairs, part usage, and system status.
  • Coordinate with team leads for pending cases, escalations, and follow-up.
  • Ensure systems are tested after repair and meet quality standards.
  • Follow company processes and adhere to client SLAs.
  • Maintain tools, ESD precautions, and safety guidelines.
  • Provide on-site or remote support as required.
