Trainee driver trainer

Operational Responsibilities (Under Supervision) Assist in the observation and assessment of drivers, documenting competencies and providing feedback as needed. Shadow qualified Trainers during sessions on soft skills, vehicle operation, and equipment handling. Participate in administrative tasks related to training. Assist in preparing and organizing training schedules, materials, and equipment. Participate in coaching sessions to support driver competency development. Support in conducting on-route driver assessments and assist in feedback sessions. Monitor and ensure accuracy of driver documentation (licenses, Pr DPs, etc.).
