Customer Management Roles

• Support the process of scheduling maintenance with free customers.
• Assist in the collection process for outstanding invoices from free customers.
• Support in the preparation of regulatory reports.

Spot Market Roles

• Assist in preparing failure reports for customer compensation, in accordance with NTCSE. ...
