Trainee Care Assistant

Trainee Care Assistant Contract – £14.10 per hour. Contracted to up to 44 hours per week. Paid PVG, pension, uniform provided, 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).

Role Overview

As a Trainee Care Assistant, you will begin a rewarding career supporting individuals with their daily lives while learning how to deliver high quality, person‑centred care. No previous experience is required, as full training and ongoing support will be provided. Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist with daily routines including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional support.
