Trainee Bus Driver: Full Training & Guaranteed Hours

First Group is looking for Trainee Bus Drivers in Worcester. No prior bus driving experience is needed, as full training will be provided for those with a full UK driving licence. As a permanent, full-time role, drivers will experience structured rotas, stability, and clear career progression.

Starting pay is £14.00 per hour during training and rises to £15.00 upon qualification. You'll operate local bus services, providing essential transportation to the community.
