Trainee Boiler Training Officer

QUALIFICATIONS Grade 12 - Must have a valid driver licence. - Boiler Attendance Certificate - N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering will be advantageous. EXPERIENCE - 5 years experience as a Boiler Operator - 2 years experience as a Team Leader/ Supervisor - Fluent in English and a third national language will be advantageous. - Computer Literacy KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Compile training materials and ensure that they remain relevant. - Keep abreast with JT products and developments. - Market and sell training courses. - Present training courses and evaluate trainees attending boiler courses. - Identify training needs of boiler users. - Ensure that all BDTC equipment and buildings are maintained and kept clean. - Compile and evaluation trainees assessments - Submitting assessment reports - Submission and follow up on quotations.
