Job Description

Our client, a leading organisation within the Irish insurance market, is seeking a Trainee Actuary to join its growing actuarial function on a permanent basis. This full-time hybrid role is based in , Dublin and offers strong exposure across a range of actuarial disciplines including reserving, Solvency II, IFRS 17, and analytics.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative team, gain broad actuarial experience, and work towards full actuarial qualification with the support of a well-established international insurance business.


Key responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly best estimate reserve estimates using established actuarial techniques, with accompanying narrative reporting

  • Support Solvency II analysis including Technical Provisions, SCR calculations, ORSA, and QRT reporting to the Central Bank of Ireland
