Train Excursion Lead

As the Train Excursion Lead you will be contact point for all team members. You will act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. You will manage the operations of the Train on a day-to-day basis within the policies and guidelines of Aspen Crossing Ltd. You must also be able to ensure customer satisfaction, team member engagement/retention and cost controls.

Reports To :

The Train Excursion Lead will report to General manager or designate

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assist in interviewing, selecting, training, supervising, disciplining and supporting staff.
• Order supplies, liquor and manage inventories.
• Ensure weekly replenishment of all necessary supplies on the train.
• Communicate with the Food and Beverage department regarding meals served on the excursions as well as inform them of numbers for each train
