SouthRoads Ltd, part of HW Richardson Group, is seeking a Traffic Operations Supervisor to coordinate traffic management on the IDC for the Southland region. You will oversee corridor access, notifications, and safety compliance to keep road users and workers safe while enabling maintenance and renewals.

The role requires proactive planning, strong communication with councils, NZTA, and suppliers, and a collaborative mindset to optimise corridor activities across planned works and incidents.
