Job Description

1st Choice is hiring Field Service Technicians (FSTs) to support Montgomery County’s traffic enforcement program. Technicians will install, operate, and maintain speed and red-light camera systems throughout the county. This role involves daily fieldwork and driving, with technicians dispatched from our Gaithersburg-based office.


We are actively hiring up to six FSTs—four for the early morning shift and two for the afternoon shift.



Location: Based in Gaithersburg, MD; supports field operations throughout Montgomery County, MD

Work Schedule:

  • Morning Shift: 4:30 AM start (4 positions available)
  • Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM start (2 positions available)
