Job description
  • Plan and coordinate daily local delivery schedules for trucks and drivers.
  • Assign delivery jobs and optimize routes to maximize fleet utilization.
  • Monitor the movement of vehicles and ensure deliveries are completed on schedule.
  • Coordinate the transportation of ISO tanks, loose cargo, and general cargo within Singapore.
  • Respond promptly to delivery delays, breakdowns, traffic disruptions, and operational issues.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of delivery orders, transport documentation, and job records.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, workplace safety standards, and Singapore transport regulations.
  • Update customers on delivery status and resolve operational enquiries professionally.
  • Assist in maintaining transport records, fleet schedules, and operational reports.
