Dawson Road Maintenanceis looking for a Traffic Control Supervisor to join our team!

In this role you will be a valued member of , working as a permanent, full-time Traffic Control Supervisor reporting to Superintendent, Roads. The ideal candidate will work effectively with customers, both internal and external, to provide a valued service in Road Maintenance. This position is based in Williams Lake, BC and will require some travel throughout our great province.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • Perform traffic control setup according to traffic control plans and monitor continuously
  • Supervise and coordinate traffic control crews, monitoring performance and making adjustments to maintain safety and efficiency
  • Manage traffic control equipment inventory
  • Perform daily traffic site inspections
  • Ensure that all paperwork is completed in a timely manner per company and project standards
