**Position Summary...**

**What you'll do...**
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally andor in writing eg customers suppliers associates
Coordinates receiving process with docks and releases loads to the carriers
Provides administrative support by performing general clerical duties eg filing keying faxing entering data and extracting data from multiple systems
Ensure inbound trailer information is accurate by entering editing and or removing trailer information in the system and creating updating and sending appointment schedules to carriers
