Purpose
Overseetransportationandcustomsprocessestoguaranteethatproducts/goodsreach
theirdestinationefficientlyandincompliancewithallnationalandinternationalregulations
andstandardsasapplicable.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinatestransportationactivitiesforgoods,ensuringthatshipmentsaremadeinatimelymannerandthatproductsreachdestinationsafelyandefficiently,optimizingdeliverytimestomeetestablisheddates.
- Assuredocumentationiscorrectandcomplete:Includesissuanceandreviewofshippingdocuments,suchasBOLs,packings,commercialinvoicesandcerts,requiredforgoodstransportation,asapplicable.
- Monitoringofdailyshipmentsfromorigintodestination:Implementcontrolsandtasksthatallowshipmentprogressverification,makingsuretotakeactiononanysituationthatmayariseduringshipmentpreparationorwhenintransittodestination.
- Workcloselywithallinvolvedareastoassureinformationandresourcesareavailabletoperformdailyshipments,bothexportandimport.T...
