Trading software support (Toronto-based)

You will be supporting clients (SaaS/Hosted) for Level 1 and Level 2 for the US trading hours.

Responsibilities

• Participate to L1/L2 phone, email and chat systems support of global clients in the US trading hours.
• Analyse/Investigate the root cause of the reported issues reported by the client or internally by Quod teams.
• Deploy Quod Software in our SaaS environment or in a client hosted environment and ensure that the connectivity with 3rd parties (Middle office and Back office systems, brokers, trading venues, etc.) is setup and running.
