Job Description
Our client, an international commercial arm of a major petrochemical and refining group, focusing on regional sourcing and sales of refined energy and chemical products, are currently seeking for a Trading Assistant.
As part of a 4-member team, the Trading Assistant will support the end-to-end execution of physical trades while providing essential front- and mid-office support. Reporting directly to the Trader, the incumbent will conduct market and macroeconomic research, analyze trade data, and contribute to business development initiatives which includes identifying new trading opportunities and representing the firm at industry conferences and client meetings to strengthen commercial networks and drive growth.
Successful candidates can expect to join a dynamic trading environment within a well-established regional trading hub.
