Job Description
Our client is an Australian-owned lighting company based in Epping. They manufacture and design lights for various clients including businesses and residential. Having been established over 70 years, the company prides themselves in providing quality, classic and contemporary lighting solutions. Currently, we are seeking a trade assistant to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with fabrication tasks including cutting, folding, and machine operation
- Support sandblasting and surface preparation processes
- Perform basic welding tasks, including TIG welding, spot welding, and soldering
- Work with mild steel and other materials as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Follow instructions and contribute to team productivity
