Job Description :

• Support Trading Manager to handle trading activities in Vietnam to ensure its productivity and effectiveness; ensure that all transactions are recorded on a timely basis and that contracts status is updated.
• Assist Trading Manager to review, challenge and formalize standard and clear logistics processes for commercial and inter-company trades, fixations, contract modifications, documents review and presentation, etc. and implement them clearly.
• Review position report systematically, ensure that all contracts are being followed, review the open shipments schedule, sample status, shipment instructions, documentation, etc.
• Identify potential risks, coordinate with origin execution teams and lead resolution efforts.
• Review exposure reports regularly, price fixed contracts should be monitored closely for possible defaults due to big swing in market prices.
