Job Description

**JOB PURPOSE:**

The Trade Regional (Sr.) Manager is tasked to lead regional trade team to develop local distribution networks to deliver expected channel performance and support overall company business growth in the region. This role focuses on building robust client relationships, identifying and capturing new growth opportunities, as well as developing team knowledge and capability.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:**

+ Develop and execute strategic plans for Distribution management within the region
+ Manage distribution network, understanding key customer needs, and ensuring product or service delivery.
+ Monitor business performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly
+ Maximize busines opportunities through in-depth collaboration with key cutomers
+ Collaborate with internal teams to meet regional business objectives
+ Lead and manage a team of Trade Managers, providing mentorship and driving capability building
