Overview

HRSI is looking for Trade Programs Executive for one of its leading client.

Responsibilities

• Devise, maintain, and continuously update activity trackers covering all approved commercial and deployment initiatives.
• Compile and validate payments against each activity , ensuring alignment with agreed scopes, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Trade, Finance, Legal Compliance) to secure payment approvals and alignment .
• Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of payments to VBPs in line with agreed payment modes and controls.
• Track payment status, resolve discrepancies, and proactively follow up to close pending items.
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trails in line with internal governance and operating protocols.
