Provide Level 3 business support for Endur-related trade and lifecycle issues Own and support trade booking, amendments, and complex deal structures
Ensure end-to-end trade lifecycle integrity and control adherence Work closely with Trading, Risk, and Middle Office to resolve operational issues
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for IT Support business-led change initiatives and process improvements Participate in user acceptance testing and validation of ETRM changes Contribute to documentation of business processes and controls Qualifications
