Trade Execution Operations Specialist

Job Description

To perform complex work tasks that support front‑office teams with the fulfillment of the processing functions of confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations across various product sets. This includes managing query remediation in the trade life‑cycling and other day‑to‑day processing to ensure timely escalation and minimise risk.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions consistently, efficiently, and accurately.
• Perform all functions associated with trade confirmation, settlement, and monitoring in line with minimum standards.
• Maintain segregation of duties between relevant processing functions.
• Monitor system alerts to confirm successful settlements.
• Accurately load, amend, and delete Cession and Pledges with required approvals.
• Facilitate timely and accurate confirmations of trades to relevant parties.
