This role involves a mix of trade counter customer service and general warehouse duties for a company specializing in parts for heavy machinery. Key Responsibilities: Assisting customers at the trade counter, processing orders, and providing product information. Handling stock, including receiving deliveries, storing items, and keeping the warehouse organised. Preparing and packing orders for dispatch.
