About the Role

As part of the Trade Counter team in Wynnum, you’ll help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects and undertake other tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities Providing customer service and information about products Providing quotes in person and over the phone Pick packing and stock control activities Keeping the branch tidy and safe Making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service and enjoys helping customers both in person and over the phone Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure information provided is accurate Comfortable using a computer and happy to learn new systems Clean, valid driver’s licence and willing to work various shifts, including weekends Motivation to develop career locally, within the network or head office Benefits and Perks Performance-ba...
