**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a Trade and Supply Chain Operations Lead with the Trade & Receivables Finance Operations group.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Leads and monitors control routines (complaints/redress, escalations, issue management) and drives root-cause remediation to prevent repeat customer and regulatory impacts.
+ Provides independent subject matter expertise oversight across Trade & Receivables Finance Ops to improve decisioning, throughput, and ensure adherence to established procedures.
+ Required to lead Regulatory interaction, strengthen key controls, and manage reconciliation breaks to reducing errors, losses, and rework.
+ Mitigate risk to the bank and the customer to ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating across the organization to implement best practices globally
