Reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager, the Trade Activation Specialist, supports the planning and execution of all in‑store activations across channels (retail & pharma). The role ensures flawless campaign implementation, strong cross‑functional coordination & cooperation with marketing, KAM, operation, and continuous field insight to strengthen brand visibility and drive shopper engagement.

Duties & responsibilities

  • In-store activations planning and executions & performance analysis
  • Day to Day communication with sales & retail or pharma channels
  • Communication with external agencies and merchandisers
  • In Store Assets Development-Management & Control
  • Monitoring of Competition Initiatives
  • Retail media planning & execution
  • Use of trade monitoring platforms (. keyvoto, pockee, etc) to check in‑store and online promo execution
