Job Responsibilities

• Operate tractors and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Prepare and clear construction sites by grading, leveling, and excavating.
• Transport materials such as dirt, rocks, and debris around the site.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and minor repairs on machinery.
• Follow site safety protocols and ensure the work environment is hazard‑free.
• Collaborate with the site supervisor and team members to meet project deadlines.
