PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To oversee production at an operational/tactical management level. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 (with Mathematics and Physical Science) or NQF 4 equivalent is essential. Mine Overseer Certificate of Competency is essential. Mining Engineering Diploma/Degree is desirable. Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience as Mine Overseer in Trackless mining environment (preferably Bord and Pillar) is essential.
