Accountability Statement

The Track Programs Supervisor will supervise and coordinate daily activities of all track programs across the system. This role requires you to work closely with the District Managers to identify, prioritize, and organize work programs to be carried out by the various work gangs and contractors throughout the work season.

• Delegate work to individual work gangs and provide the parameters to work within
• Assist managers in determining areas required for renewal such as rail, ties and surface
• Mark ties and grade rail
• Determine amounts of material needed and ensure delivery to the appropriate location
