Track and Trace Representative

Role Description

As a track and trace representative, you will be responsible for additional tracking in the absence of carrier sales representatives, as well as a supplemental resource to ensure tracking adherence per customer SOPs and customer service expectations. Additionally, you will reach out to carriers to assist in restarting GPS tracking, requesting updates at the shipper/receiver, and additional requests for PODs/load paperwork.
