• Demonstrate and explain TPM functionality to end-users.
• Business process validation/design.
• Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues involving SAP Trade Promotion Management, Trade Funds Management, and Trade Claims Management.
• Configure the technical solution within the SAP TPM and related modules.
• Creating test scripts and test cases for unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Unit test and integration testing.
• Documentation of the TPM solution.
• Knowledge Transfer to internal staff.
